Welcome to Live Magnets Co. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, online shop, and live event services work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. By using livemagnetsco.com, placing an order, or booking us for an event, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@livemagnetsco.com and we will be glad to help.

1. Who We Are

Live Magnets Co. ("we," "us," "our") is a small business based in Utah County, Utah. We make custom photo magnets that are sold online and shipped within the United States, and we provide live, on-site photo magnet printing at weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other celebrations.

2. Online Orders: Custom Photo Magnets

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our secure online store, which is powered by Shopify. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners, and we never see or store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a photo cannot be printed or payment cannot be completed. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

Your photos

You are responsible for the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may decline to print any photo for these reasons. Your photos remain yours. You give us permission only to use them to make and deliver your order.

Print quality

We print the photos you send. Low-resolution or blurry photos may look soft or pixelated when printed, and we cannot improve the quality of an image. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished magnet. Please review your photo choices and cropping before you place your order.

Production and shipping

Every magnet is made to order, so please allow time for printing and pressing before your order ships. We ship within the United States, and delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays are outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Returns and refunds

Because custom photo magnets are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless something is wrong with your order. If your magnets arrive damaged or defective, or if we made a printing error, email hello@livemagnetsco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reprint your order or refund you, whichever you prefer.

3. Live Event Services

Quotes and bookings

After you submit our event intake form, we send a personalized proposal that lists your package, price, and what is included. A quote is not a booking. Your date is reserved once you confirm the proposal and we receive your reservation payment.

Packages and what is included

Each package includes on-site setup, live printing, and a personalized photo magnet for every guest, up to the guest count and hours of on-site coverage listed in your proposal. Extra guests, additional coverage time, and optional add-ons such as custom frames or digital delivery are available on request and may change your price. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area, and they will be included in your proposal.

Payment

Unless your proposal says otherwise, 50% of the total is due at reservation to secure your date, and the remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• When you reserve with us, we turn away other bookings to hold your date, so the reservation payment is non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, please tell us as soon as you can. We will do our best to move your booking to a new date based on our availability.
• If you cancel before your final payment is due, you will not owe the remaining balance. If you cancel after your final payment is due, which is within 7 days of your event, amounts paid are not refundable.
• If we are ever unable to provide your event because of illness, an emergency, or equipment failure, we will work with you to reschedule or refund the amounts you have paid.

Venue and setup

You are responsible for confirming that we may operate at your venue and for arranging access for setup and breakdown. We need a safe, level space, access to standard power, and, when your setup requires it, a reliable internet connection. Please tell us ahead of time about anything that may affect our setup, such as stairs, limited space, or an outdoor location. For outdoor events, severe weather may require us to move indoors, adjust our setup, or pause printing for safety.

Guests and photos at your event

Guests choose or share the photos they would like turned into magnets at our station, and each guest takes home their own magnet. Guests are responsible for having the right to use the photos they share, and we may decline to print anything unlawful or inappropriate. We use photos shared at our station only to print magnets for your event, and to deliver them to you if you have added digital delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not take photos or video at your event for our own marketing unless you agree to it ahead of time, for example when you accept a marketing discount. If you agree, you give us permission to use photos and video from your event, including the magnets, our setup, and the moments around it, on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will not publish private details such as your home address or phone number with those images. You can ask us to remove a photo or video at any time by emailing us.

4. Using Our Website

Please use our website lawfully and respectfully, and do not try to interfere with the site, its security, or its forms. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Prices, packages, and availability can change.

5. Our Content

The text, designs, logos, and images on this website belong to Live Magnets Co. and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The photos that you and your guests provide remain yours.

6. Magnet Safety

Photo magnets contain a magnet. They are not toys, and they should be kept away from small children, who could swallow them. Keep magnets away from pacemakers and other medical devices, and away from credit cards and other magnetic media.

7. Limits of Liability

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Live Magnets Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or event costs outside of our services. Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order or an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or event. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If a disagreement ever comes up, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the courts located in Utah.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders and bookings are covered by the terms in effect on the day you placed them.
